For Category 5 accommodations, staff are available on-site 24/7 to provide around-the-clock support. Category 4 accommodations have staff on-site during night hours, from 10 PM to 6 AM, ensuring safety and assistance when needed.
The services and amenities available vary depending on the home and its category. Common features may include:
- En-suite facilities for added privacy
- TVs in each flat or shared lounge areas for relaxation
- Shared kitchens and/or lounge spaces to foster a sense of community
